Paris Yoga exists to offer every person who walks through my doors a place to breathe. This is a place for real people. For the ones who need a moment of stillness and the ones who need to move through something hard. For the curious, the returning, the beginning again. Wellness, in my view, is less about perfection and more about presence - and I am honored to hold space for yours.

Want to add a strength training component to your yoga? It's yoga with muscle. Light hand weights and strength based poses are added to the practice.
Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation and incorporates long holds. Join us for a yin yoga class and experience the benefits of this restorative practice.
Injury or mobility issues? No mat, no problem. Yoga meets you where you are. If you are concerned about getting in the floor - and getting up again - then try this class. The yoga is in the chair or standing. An all levels class open to anyone.

Some nights deserve more than dinner and a scroll. Date Night at Paris Yoga is a 90-minute shared experience designed for couples, best friends, or your favorite small crew — up to 8 people, all to yourselves.
Choose your vibe:
Unwind together in a candlelit yin practice, move through a gentle hatha or vinyasa flow, drift into stillness with guided meditation or yoga nidra, or let a singing bowl and Koshi chime sound bath wash the week away.
Mix and match — we’ll craft the evening around what you need most.
This is your space to slow down, reconnect, and actually be present with the people you love.
